Consulting quality and project success are not a coincidence. They are systematically created by consistent use of the appropriate methods and their application in a real world setting.
In the preparatory stages of an IT project these are, for instance, methods for value analysis of a system or cost estimates for implementation.
In the planning stage of an IT system these are among others methods for data and process modeling, preparation and implementation of quality assurance measures and risk control.
In the implementation stage, this primarily concerns methods for documentation, re-use, possible preparation for software certification, quality assurance as well as change and risk management in the face of changes in a project.
At Hierodiction, all consultants have an academic background and teaching experience. They regularly communicate with the scientific community in publications and conference presentations.
