Guidelines

Being active in the area of security software we give high priority to the protection of personal data. The following guidelines apply:

• adherence to legal norms
• usage of a professional infrastructure provider
• parsimonious usage of personal data

Cookies and Connection Data

In the general web space, Hierodiction does not use cookies and does not collect or analyse connection data. Hierodiction uses a1.net as a service provider, whose data protection guidelines may be retrieved at a1.net/datenschutz

eMail

If you send us eMail, it will be saved in the inbox area as well as backup media. eMails and the respective attachments may also be saved as scan, for instance in our accounting system; alternatively they may be saved as print-outs. We save the data you sent us, which is depending on circumstances

• the sender and possible further addressees
• the signature of the sender
• affiliation of the sender as indicated in the eMail

This data will also be saved for outgoing eMails. eMails are only sent either in response to eMail received or after verbal coordination with the communication partner.

Hierodiction does not send unsolicited eMail.
